It might taste okay if the crackers haven't had time to get soggy and disgusting.
I'd guess it's edible for 5-10 minutes after the wet ingredients hit the saltines.

I think it sounds good, but I'm a midwesterner who grew upon thick mayo/miracle whip and whipped cream based salads. One change, I would add bacon to it, It needs bacon.
