Built in 1933 as part of the Homes of Tomorrow Exhibition at the Chicago World's Fair, it was moved to the Lake Michigan shoreline in northwest Indiana shortly thereafter. It's not for sale but you can lease it for 52 years for a cool $2.5 million in cash. The listing is inside.
