Her nose looked fine at the Comedy Central Roast for William Shatner. I wonder what happened.

She had her nose done with the facelift, it's very common. I guess plastic surgeons suggest it because the nose changes as one ages, and because it's extra $$$ for them. Lots of famous people did it, including Sophia Loren with her last facelift -

Her nose was fine when she was young.
It was a cocaine collapse, It was reported in a couple of blind items in the late 1990s`

Farrah Fawcett was a GREAT beauty back in the day. But it went downhill because of too much cocaine and plastic surgery. And Ryan O'Neal would be difficult to live with as well.

I don't think she was ever a great beauty. She had a mannish jaw and her nose was borderline witchy. She had a great smile and effervescence, though. Jaclyn Smith was a beauty. But Farrah and Kate were the ones with charisma.

Anyone in a long-term relationship with Ryan O'Neal is crazy by proxy. She may not have been at first but that shit takes its toll. And there's no way I believe Farrah was a teetotaller. Altho that's what she claimed for years.

Farrah had a square face which is difficult to pull off on a woman and look feminine. IMO she was one of the most stunning women in the world. It was the smile the hair the face the figure. Just couldn't take my eyes off of her. In person it must have been ethereal.

Farrah was gorgeous when she smiled. Her straight stare photos were less flattering.
While she may not have had traditional conventional beauty, obviously millions of people enjoyed her.
