Did Elvis have a nice ass at this stage? Can we tell from the photo? What do you think he smelled like and was his breath sweet? (The last two are important if we are to imagine the kissing experience. )

I think I remember reading he'd go on an extreme diet before his tours or big concerts like this to get his weight down. This was almost exactly seven years before he died - full of poop or whatever the hell happened. The day he died he had played raquetball with his goons, and that week, he'd had some sort of major dental work, with anesthesia and such?
I lived in Memphis at the time and fairly often you'd read of yet another of his hospitalizations but I can't remember the reasons given, not that they'd be the truth anyway. OD's I guess but he did likely have heart and/or intestinal issues (which can be brought on by oxycodone type meds, which I guess they had back then - I know they had morphine and demerol).
This is the guy who offered, in person, to Richard Nixon to be a narc and report back to him. And he shot his television set but I can't remember why.

He would have been 35 in this video. Looked pretty hot, considering his lifestyle, and sounded pretty good too. That couldn't be lipsynching.

Tom Jones said in an interview that Elvis told him that they had the same vocal range.
Very different voice though - Tom could belt, almost like an opera singer. And Elvis had a warmth to his voice that Tom didn't have.
Where have all the hot singers gone. Once we had these two, Ricky Nelson, Fabian, Macca.. Now there's Ed Sheeran.
