Wouldn't read anything into those 3 seconds, OP. But here's my take:
1. Tina gets into character as she moves towards the microphone to sing her part. The little head moves, squaring her shoulders. That's Anna Mae transforming into Tina Turner.
2. Diana is focused; that's a look of concentration, not a resting bitch face. She's reading the score, and together with the others, she moves away from the microphone when it's Tina's turn.

When this was filmed, Tina was on top of the world and Diana…wasn’t. Diana was aware of this.

PATHETIC. Some of you guys will project drama into anything.
They both have had great careers. I don’t think they feuded. Diana has had a great career, 18 #1 songs, Academy Award buzz and was in demand. Tina Turner had an equally strong career.
I remember watching Oprah’s Legend Ball. Diana and Tina hung out/seated next to each other.
I don’t see anything negative in OP’s video except people projecting their own nastiness and drama. Give it a break.

The real Diane is very chill/laid back. She's very focused, observant, and business-like. Her "sparkle, Shirley, SPARKLE!!" persona is just part of the act. Per the J. Randy Tarraborelli book, she once got into a cab in Manhattan with a reckless driving cabbie.
