R38 where is the incision if it's not around the ears? Are you talking about a midface lift? There are some with incisions in the scalp (endotine) and the eye, but they've lost popularity. Meg Ryan's face is the result of a midface lift.
There are a couple of surgeons who do laproscopic neck lifts with the incision below the chin.... though the complication / revision rate is a lot higher.

It's Deb's natural hair in the top front, but underneath is a partial wig. You can see the sides are not her natural hairline.
