I feel like most black men naturally have more muscular bodies whether they are petite or large. I have seen tons of black guys who are twunks but never twinks. Actually I have seen one but his booty was so big it looked like a woman's booty. Most twinks have petite, perky and sometimes bubbly butts.
I feel like white and asian men are more prone to having a twink body type/aesthetic.

The term twink has as much to do with the color of twinkies as with youthful characteristics. As in, twink means a young cute/sweet vs masculine fair-haired white boy. Come up with some new terms to describe others.

"Twink" used to refer specifically to gay, white, cute, blond, young adult males with a slight physique and not too intelligent. Eventually the term expanded to include any attractive young male (late teens and college age) who still looks adolescent.
I'd say Marcus Scribner, from "Black-ish," is a good example of an African-American twink.

I guess technically no because of the above description that has been true for as long as I've known the word. But many black men could be twinkish. Typically men who are biracial though or light skinned.
