I would never obsess about this guy sexually, but I saw the Belgian film he acted in last year, and it was stunning and heartbreaking. "Close". Very worth watching, but it's intense, to say the least. It was nominated in the best foreign film category for the Academy Awards

One might argue that it was two boys in love, R21.
However, that was never explicitly stated, nor was it ever shown on screen.
In the movie, they were just two young boys who grew up together, and formed a very special bond with each other.
But as it always happens, things change when you get older, and life gets more complicated.
They could have been in love, or it could have just been a very deep friendship.
The way the movie was laid out, we'll never know for sure.

I don't think it will spoil the film to say that they are absolutely inseparable friends throughout childhood and grade school. When they change to secondary school, other kids see them together and ask them (pretty boldly, but maybe that's the way it is now) if they are a couple. This wreaks havoc on their friendship, and one in particularly pulls fairly drastically away from the other, leaving the other deeply and terribly hurt.
