Female pop starts - eg, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, and yes, Beyoncé and Kary Perry - have been plump for a while. I can only think of one modern pop princess who's definitely slim, namely Taylor Swift.
Is anyone really shaming these women for being fat? If anything, they're being hailed for empowering women for the mere act of showing their (fat) skin. These women are probably to blame for the fact that obesity is being normalized in America.

Bruno’s problem isn’t that he’s fat, it’s that he’s shapeless. If he lifted weights and built his chest and shoulders up, he’d be fine. Instead everything just sags because there’s no musculature underneath. If you don’t want to do any resistance training, then your only recourse is to be skinny.

Its so much easier to get fat when you are a 5'5 male. I'm a smaller sized person myself. You really have to watch portions because you are always served way more food than you need. And if you drink alcohol, forget about it. At 5'5 he can eat 1/2 a hamburger and you would be able to see it in his gut because he is so tiny.
