I was watching her on NBC, a feature about inadequate healthcare for pregnant black women. I was just thinking over and over where do I know this woman from. Then voila, I remembered. I had to Google and sure enough I was correct.
I wonder her Real World Boston cast mates have been up too.

Yes, she's a gynecologist in NYC. This was back in the day when Real World cast members actually had aspirations beyond "reality star" and "influencer."
