Jane Horrocks was in an episode too. So many famous people guest starred on this show. Arnold Schwarzenegger was even lifting weights with the Crypt Keeper. lol
Tim Curry played an entire family in an episode.

Back in 1993, during a dry spell in my broadcasting career, I ended up apartment-sitting for a friend in Pasadena. Great gig. Luxury apartment near downtown. With little more to do than lie by the pool, I decided to sign on with a casting agency. They sent me to a shoot of "Tales From the Crypt." It was just an "extra" role playing the crew manager at an ice cream factory. But the episode featured Bill Paxton (before he hit the big time), Steve Buscemi and Lanie Kazan. Kazan was a hoot--so warm and friendly. The extras weren't supposed to talk to the main cast members, but she was gracious toward me. It was a fun day and we were paid and fed.

Every single minority group known to man would have to be “represented,” right down to “nonbinary pangender demigirl,” and every episode would have to be a social justice message about how white men are responsible for everything from the gender binary to COVID.
