Is this the clown disguise Sheila Warren wore when she killed Marlene? Or is this her dressed as a clown at a different time? How bizarre.

It must suck being an investigator. But at the same time it’s like… huh? They basically had her fingered by two witnesses, one who sold her the clown costume the night of the murder, a motive was uncovered, but the case went cold for 27 years due to lack of evidence.

Was that photo taken the night of the murder? Was that the costume?
The victim’s teenage sons and his friends were home and saw her get out of her car through a window and heard the conversations and gunshots at the front door. I’m assuming they ID’d her car because they searched it. It’s weird that’s not enough to catch someone for 27 years.
